This is a petition request to the LLPOA Executive Board to set the earliest reasonable date, time and place for a special membership meeting for the purpose of reviewing threats of legal action against LLPOA from member, Lorin Ahlers. We seek clarification of the purpose of Mr. Ahlers’ request and desire full transparency as to its implications for members before going to a vote.

Per LLPOA bylaws Thirty (30) days written notice of such Special Membership Meeting must be provided to all members in good standing by the Executive Board with a proposed agenda attached to the notice.
