NEW MEMBER INFORMATION
Anyone interested in purchasing property at Leisure Lake, please call our President at 563-663-0617 to determine if the property you want to purchase has any unpaid dues owing. Some property information is confidential and will only be given to your real estate agent prior to closing. New members are responsible for any unpaid dues on their property.
Leisure Lake has its own security committee to enforce the rules and bylaws. If you see suspicious activity, contact your precinct director, thank you!

Boats, Watercraft and NLV (Golf Cart/Go Kart/4 Wheeler) Rules
Boats, watercraft’s, and NLV’s must be owned and registered by a property owner. The initial cost for registration is $10.00, and $5.00 renewal fee for each year after. The Boats/Watercraft’s are to display the LLPOA decal in the middle of the craft on both sides and be visible from the shore.
NLV’s must display an Orange plate, and year sticker. Contact Regina Gabel-Reisen at firstname.lastname@example.org. to register and acquire plates/stickers.
NO boats are allowed in the swimming area. any boat found on the beach or in the emergency areas will be taken to the complex and chained. A assessment must be paid to reclaim your boat or watercraft. No internal combustion engines are allowed in the lake. The area around the boat or watercrafts resting area must be maintained by the craft owner. Parking Private Boats on Association land is strictly Prohibited.
Reserve the Pavilion
If you want to reserve the pavilion, grills, tables, or chairs, please contact Regina Gabel-Reisen at email@example.com. This is free for members in good standing. Please dump the garbage after use of the pavilion, or you could be charged for clean up.
Board meetings are on the 3rd Sunday of each month at the Pavilion at 10:00 AM. All LLPOA members in good standing are welcome to attend the Board Meetings. General membership meetings are held in May and September.

New LLPOA Dumpster Rules
These rules will be strictly enforced by the LLPOA Assessment Review Committee and the Jackson County Attorney’s Office. 24-Hour Surveillance and recording is now active at the dumpster site.
Household Trash: Average of (3) 35-Gallon Bags/Week per Property
The following items should be taken to Jackson County Transfer Station at 25146 184th Street, Maquoketa, IA. Non-compliance is subject to assessments or illegal dumping charges.

Recyclables should be taken to to the Otter Creek Recycling Dumpsters on 183rd Avenue (the first right past St. Lawrence Church before reaching Hwy 61).
